|
Club
races are held on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the
season. Saturday races begin at 1:00 pm. Sunday races
begin at 10:30 am. Holiday races begin at 10:30 am. On
a few days races may not be held because of conflicting
events or regattas off lake - check the schedule. Racers
depart from the sailing dock on the northwest shore of
the lake. Taxi boat service is available to buoyed boats.
Informal races are held on Wednesday nights June thru
August. These races begin at 6:30 pm. Opti class boats
are scheduled to sail on Wednesday Nights.

Racing Rules - The official rules governing sailboat
racing are revised and updated every four years. The
Racing Rules of Sailing 2009-2012 went into effect
on January 1, 2009 and are available from US Sailing at
http://raceadmin.ussailing.org/Rules.htm.
Three new prescriptions have since been adopted and went
into effect July 1, 2010. They concern redress and are
available here.
